Town - Cllr Belinda Donovan

Belinda was elected as a Town Ward Councillor in Fulham in May 2018, having previously represented Addison from 2006-2018.

Belinda has a long track record of involvement in our local community having been a councillor since 2006.

She started the Borough’s Neighbourhood Watch Association in 2007 and was previously the H&F Cabinet Assistant for Crime.

She also established the Borough’s French Club with a French resident.

Belinda is a keen chef and has cookery columns in both the Gazette and Fulham Residents Journal.

She is passionate about supporting our local community and protecting the most vulnerable.

Munster - Cllr Adronie Alford

Adronie has been privileged to live in Fulham for nearly 40 years and been a Munster Ward Councillor since 1990, firstly represent Colehill and then the renamed Munster Ward.

Her interests are in housing and sheltered housing and is now the Conservative Group spokesman for Housing.

Parsons Green & Walham - Cllr Frances Stainton

Frances lives in Parson’s Green & Walham and has been closely involved in the community for over 25 years.

She is now the Conservative Group Deputy Whip.

She is a member of the Fulham Society and a Trustee of The Daisy Trust.

Town - Cllr Victoria Brocklebank-Fowler

Victoria is a councillor for Town Ward in Fulham, and became Deputy Leader of H&F Conservatives following her re-election to the Council in May 2018.

She is the Conservative Group spokesman for the Environment & Residents' Services.

Town - Cllr Andrew Brown

Andrew is Leader of H&F Conservatives.

He has been a Councillor for Town Ward in Fulham since 2012, and Health Spokesman since 2014.

He moved to Fulham 16 years ago whilst studying medicine at Imperial College.
