Frances lives in Parson’s Green & Walham and has been closely involved in the community for over 25 years.
She is now the Conservative Group Deputy Whip.
She is a member of the Fulham Society and a Trustee of The Daisy Trust.
She has previously held various Cabinet posts and served as Chief Whip & Mayor of H&F.
As a Ward Councillor recently she has been working with local residents on many issues including the expansion of Chelsea FC’s stadium and with Stoll residents who will be impacted by the proposed redevelopment of the Stoll Mansions.
She is passionate about parks being for residents; not to be exploited for commercial gain.
